Budget for first rig is $800. Don't need monitor, keyboard and mouse. Will mainly be used for playing Minecraft.

Budget for second rig is $1800. Need monitor and wireless adapter but no need keyboard and mouse. Will mainly be used for playing high end games like Watch Dogs.

Watch dogs is not really a high end game. Its so poorly optimize and there is nothing in graphics that goes whao.
