Need recommendation for a new rig

My old acer aspire rig expired. Old system intel p4 cpu mobo sa80 661gx-m7. Think my hdd seagate barracuda 7200.12 320gb fried. Now when start up, nothing shows on my monitor but intermittent long beep sound with hdd led light stays on. Now I am typing this using my hp. I will set my budget 1k. This new rig will only be use for net surfing and hd movies, no games. I hardly play games now. Just want something fast with no memory lag when open multiple windows/tabs while watching hd movies.below is a recommendation by bro moneyface for someone else. Looks good to me but I use bb not wifi and will need to get a ethernet cable for my old sb5100 cable modem since win 7 64bits no support. I notice no gpu on the list.The casing erm looks weird to me,like a square box. Pardon me, maybe im just old school. I hope the case can have fans sucking air from the front and fart to the rear. How about bluetooth for wireless keyboard and mouse and a camera led screen monitor upgrade in future?pc theme seems good by the review here,fuwell no ?pardon me for being long winded.just wanna be as specific as possible. I had never build a rig before by the way.Thanks in adv.
