Mobo of 8 years just died. No beep, cant get into POST. Reset CMOS to no avail

Tested all other parts to be working using another PC, so planning to build a new PC with those usable parts salvaged

Intel Core i5 (750) 2.66GHz + MSI P55-CD53 (should i reuse CPU?)
PSU: Seasonic S12II-520 80+Bronze Power
GPU: Palit GeForce GTX 950 StormX Dual 2GB GDDR5
RAM: Team Elite DDR3 4GB Kit (2x2GB) - should probably upgrade to DDR4

Looking to get new MOBO + CPU, RAM (16GB), SSD, Windows, new Case (any pretty ones nowadays?).

Mostly web surfing plus mild gaming but i like to open many tabs on Chrome so probably need more RAMS. Not sure what's a good budget for my needs.

any recommendation please? thanks in advance! :)

If really want to budget,
Just upgrade CPU + MOBO + RAM,
Upgrade to G4560 + New Mobo + DDR4 8GB Ram and reuse all the rest will cost you ~$300.

You don't need 16GB RAM since you are not running Virtual Machines.
SSD is a WANT not a NEED, will just make your loading faster.

Windows you prolly need to go Reddit.
~SGD$40?

Recommend 16gb RAM having many many( in the 20s) tabs and a game on at the same time would use more than 8GB RAM.

I would just like to say.....8 years. Wow. You really got what you paid for and more! That mobo deserves a proper send off.
