A GTX 1050 is more than capable of streaming 4K and supports HDR.
But might need DP to HDMI adapters/HDMI switcher as most models have
1xDP, 1xHDMI and 1xDVI output.

Passively cooled small cards usually only have 1 HDMI, 1 DP and 1 DVI, not the 2 HDMI that you need.

yes, however 6gb at 250 abit hard to find.

usually closer to 300 .. but at 300 top up abit more can get 1070 used.
