Need recommendation for pc repair store

Not sure what's the problem with my CPU, but here's my problem.
my PC shuts down automatically and it fails to power up, however my GPU fan(still running), processor fan (is running), power supply fan(running) no other LEDs, no signal nothing.
I have also tested my ram piece by piece but to no avail. everything seems to be running, but there's no light on my CPU
what will be the cause... how can i handle this prob..?
Need some recommendation of repair stores around simlim. Thanks a lot!

Mainboard
ASUS M2N68-AM PLUS
Graphics Card
HIS HD 4850 IceQ 4 Turbo 512MB (256bit) GDDR3 PCIe
Memory
Kingston 2gb DDR2 X 2

Hitachi deskstar SATA 500GB

Andyson G530

Currently running on window vista. Just need recommendation on PC repair stores around SIMLIM.

You should list down all parts of your desktop like mine on the right ->

Personal initial assessment:
1. Mobo playing up
2. PSU playing up (if you can get hold of a multimeter, check the voltages via a molex power connector)

BTW, is your CPU fan choking in dust?

Yea my system is old but still able to support the games I want to play in Max setting(dota 2, l4d2). Thanks guys. Hopefully I'm able to repair instead of getting a new one.

I had similar problems awhile back. After researching it was either motherboard some voltage regulation circuit acting up. If you overclocked before it could be not enough voltage getting to the cpu.

2nd option could be PSU problem.

Yea guess I would change my mb and processor. Is it possible that I could still reuse my graphic card?say if I change to msi-b85-g43 and an i3-4130?

My casing is Power Logic Futura 250. Not sure if this mb can fit in the case.

And please advice if there's any part I could reuse if I change to this mb and processor.

You need to change your ram to DDR3 and your old hard disk seem like a IDE one, new motherboard mostly using SATA already.
For your case, it might be more practical to overhaul the entire system.
Can consider Ive bridge setup if on budget, also use the onboard graphic if don't do heavy gaming.

yep. will work fine .
i3 still can play most games fine. if you looking into games like bf4, you will want to get an i5.

u play games? can upgrade GPU also.
