Do Not Need: Futureproofing, playing AAA games at highest setting, mining, graphics rendering, VRM

Priorities: System stability, not prone to overheating, fast boot speed, low fan noise,to last for at least 5 years.

Why u all include blu ray writer? It's not that straightforward if ts wants to watch Blu-ray videos on PC anyway since it has to deal with codecs etc.

Ts just wants to watch 4k/blu-ray videos from bukit timah.

Ts, next time don't so confusing. Just put watching videos. Can just follow their builds and remove the Blu-ray writer.
