Hi, any recommendations for shops to sell old laptops/all in one PCs to? Tried pc dreams but they said they don’t take in my core 2 duo processor unit liao and suggest recycling it :(

Or really no shop will buy it le and I should just recycle it?

U might have better luck listing it on eBay, but as individual parts. I used to source for old parts there

You can list on Carousell or IT Garage here.

I don’t want to sell on Carousell or IT Garage because the condition (as in if using it as a all in one pc) is bad, the speaker is distorted at loud volume, the screen has some weird stains/liquid inside it and the keyboard keeps on pressing up by itself, so I want to sell it to a shop in my view that they can use the parts inside to fix other people system(s)...

Ok thanks this shall be my last option if no shop wants it...

Oh this seems like a good option too but is there a possibility that the buyer can abuse the request refund option? Heard that some sellers lose out both the item and money because the buyer abused the refund request option...

If you state all the problems people on Carousell might buy it for parts for $20+, maybe even more if it's a business laptop.
