Need recommendations for casing

Hi,

I having scouring the internet but can't find a casing that matches the following features that I want:

1. 2 x USB 2.0 and 2 x USB 3.0 with power and reset button on top
2. No fan opening on the top and side (because I don't need all these cooling and want to minimise dust and noise)
3. Power supply at the bottom (rather than at the top)
4. Mid-tower only for ATX

Anyone can recommend a case that provides the above features?
