Hi guys, I need recommendations for a gaming rig
I will be using my current monitor and I have win7 home OEM

Use: gaming, for bf4, titanfall, etc
Budget: $1.4k - $1.5k
Requirements:
1) 2TB hdd
2) 250gb SSD preferred if possible
3) Need a casing with USB ports in the front panel bottom area, since the tower is placed on my table

Can recommend a shop that has all the required parts and also do assembly services?

Thanks in advance!

Bottom usb is very hard to find. Only itx mini small build size chassis. Cause they are generally small and short. For tower pc only those slim build size. But that is also very limited choice and generally must find slim profile components which is hard. It is usually on top of the chassis or infront top of the chassis.

Anyway some bluish theme

Msi b85m g43 + i5-4570 ~ $347
Gskills ripjaws 1600mhz 2x4gb kit blue ~ $110
WD green 2tb ~ $106
Crucial m500 240gb ~ $175 (amazon)
Gigabyte r9 28XOC 3gb 3x Windforce ~ $439
Seasonic g650 650w 80+ gold modular PSU ~ $135
Fractal design arc midi ~ $129
Samsung ODD ~ $21

Total ~ $1462. Buy at tradepac unless stated. Diy

I recommend the crucial m500 over Kingston v300. Although it is $25 more, the performance is still better than the kingston v300. With the $25. One could rma the ssd via convergent and ask them to send back to US for rma at $6 and for up to 4 times worth of rma if the ssd fails which very rare would happen.

They do sell but its $215 vs $175

If you really wanna buy local just get the kingston v300 ba. Promo at $199.

Going to throw in my 2 cents about casing:
Cooler Master n600 (or n whatever) series has USB ports in the middle-ish low front part of casing.

Not sure if you can live with that.

Thanks for the heads up. Looks promising. I'm currently using cooler master casing too.

Bro. No more ref card liao ><

As long as below $600 for r9 290 is always a ref card pricing. The cheapest r9 290 non ref cooler is Sapphire

Sapphire TriX r9 290 4gb ~ $619
Giga ~ $630
MSI ~ $688 (with bf4) None bf4 is around $650
