nippp0n's build most value for money le (as you mentioned casual gaming) and GTX760 on your games that you mentioned = over 60fps. Unless you using 120Hz monitor and planning to play other games then maybe a GTX770.

Well its purely your decision. What nipppons build is more for value for money. But if you have extra money, consider the 770 instead. So call future proofing for you.
