Need Rig suggestion

Hi guys, i need recommendations for a simple rig.

Purpose of the rig:
1) simple word processing
2) playing fb games
3) web surfing

Budget is as low as possible. maybe 400-500. can stretch to 600 as i need a SSD for fast bootup

Things to note:
1) no need OS
2) no need kb/mouse and monitor
3) Need SSD as well as maybe 500gb or 1TB hard disk
4) Case if possible to be small one or normal see which one is cheaper option. (Mini or normal ATX board) see which is cheaper option.
