need some advice about networking job

If I have experience in hand on on networking but I do not have ccna cert, do I still able to continue to work in many years ?

I have a dipolma cert. But most companies preferred a ccna cert

Since you already had the hands-on .Just take the exam .treat it as an investment .it won;t cost you a hand or leg .

In network line , CCNA will justify your worth and open for more opportunities for interview .

You can skip the course and go ahead with the exam (with the exam fee only).

IT is a cruel world. If you want to survive with good marketable profile, this is a MUST.

Certifications and Qualifications are only entry to job interviews. If you have a job and you are contented with your current lifestyle, then you can forgo such plan.
