Need some advice on building a PC!

Hey guys! Going to be building a gaming PC. I have already chosen a list of parts as shown below:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory

Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Western Digital Blue 2TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: MSI Gaming X GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card

Case: NZXT S340 Elite (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit

Case Fan: 3x Fractal Design HF14-BK 118.2 CFM 140mm Fan

Case Accessory: NZXT Hue+ LED Controller

Really wish I can get some advice on how well this build would do and recommended changes I could make or if I am good to go.

I particularly need some advice on magnetic leds. I have chosen the NZXT Hue+ in the list but unsure if that's a good choice.

I will be generally playing games on max settings if possible and watch videos and web surfing.

whats your budget? its like u taken all from pcpicker and are u buying all from amazon?

what games are u playing? resolution?

overall build seems good already, the cooler i think someone will reco u.
hdd maybe can consider HGST.

that cooler is insufficient for overclocking


and I think the case fans no need get something that "claims" to give 110cfm , because I estimate 140mm need to turn about 2000+rpm to generate that airflow .... would be unnecessarily loud
something cheaper and spin slower can do the task
*just did a search , that fan is 1200rpm ..... even though it have many fan blades , the 118cfm claim is obviously false

Maybe can consider the I5 6600 with a non-Z board, so you can spend more on your graphics card?

change graphic card brand.... as the 1070 have about $200 difference there between cheapest online and the "usual" brands retail price

1080 60hz. Might be upgrading to 1440 60 or 144hz.
