Need some assistance for building pc

Hi all,

I need to get a desktop for 3ds max rendering purpose. Tried looking for infomation over the web but too many and got confused.


Initially, I wanted to get Lenovo Legion 5 comes with i7 but was told may not be suitable as the laptop will get very hot when rendering.


My budget is around $1-2k, would like to hear your suggestion.

First tip: Learn how to title threads properly

Other than that, you can look at any of the many many threads here for a PC build. No need for a Quadro or FirePro, a normal gaming GPU is fine
