Fractal Design stuff is very well made. He won't have to worry about that. Usually front panel is pulled from the bottom of the case. Not sure why yours stuck though.

Haiz... My wife told me to force it open... But I feared that the front grille may not be able to put back after I force it open. The latches might break... :o
