Hi, I currently own a pc that was built by a friend of my friend's. I lost contact with him & recently my desktop had pink screen, now it powers up but only shows a black screen & I can't do anything with it.

I'm planning to replace some parts if it's possible, else getting someone to build a new one. Please give me some advice :]
( For gaming & some photo editing )

LG24x SATA DVD-RW
Sapphire HD 6870 1GB PCI-E
ANDYOND F550W Power Supply

Possible that the gpu is faulty.

Might wanna try it on another pc and see whether it works.

There is no onboard graphics for that board and cpu. So the only way to find out is to try it on another pc.

I think better help him save his PC than purchasing new one since most of them are presumably not faulty..

Perhaps someone could lend our TS a gfx card to see whether the problem is the gfx card. If so, can teach TS how to swop card.

Or someone sell old gfx card and install for TS to make sure it works.

Or someone help buy for TS and install for TS.
