I think FSP Aurum S 600W is 5 years, you give them a call https://www.tech-dynamic.com/contact-distribution.. If unsure if psu spoil or not, just bring there. They will help you test if everything is working, if not they will replace it.

1) Better to spend a bit more on a newer X470 or B450 board. They tend to have fixed the issues that the older X370 and B350 boards had

2) For Ryzen, anything but Gigabyte. Their XMP/RAM support in my experience is the spottiest of all the brands for Ryzen
