Need some help with 800$ budget desktop

Would need some help from bros here, I have a budget around 800, wanna get a not bad machine for gaming. No need monitor mouse or kb. Please advise on what to buy. Thanks !

MB+CPU: asrock b85m pro 4 i5 4440 $328
ram: ADATA PC3-1600 DDR3 8gb $94
gfx: Powercolor R9 270 2gb $260
hard disk: WD 1TB blue $76
dvd drive: Samsung 24x dvdrw $21
PSU: Seasonic m12ii mdular 520w $99
casing: coolermaster n200 case $57
Total = $935

if i were to choose i3 processor instead,

Is this setup and price ok?

Suggestions

I'd do the following
1) Drop the PSU to non-modular and lower wattage to save money 450W enough already.
2) H81 mobo from more reliable CO with longer warranty
Eg: Asus H81M-A + i3-4130 = 257
Unless you need B85 mobo features.
3) I3 enough unless u intend to upgrade GPU in future to very high end one.
4) Can consider going second hand with nvdia gtx760 for more power at bargain prices of about 300
