Need some help!

Hi there, I've a situation now and I don't know what I should do.
I have the following:
A CPU thats been around for a couple of years (able to load the windows loading bar thing but always resets after that, maybe ram clock spoil or something?)

A CPU my friend gave me that is pretty decent (or at least he says it's decent, he said it was the standard of those you can find at a LAN shop, however has a similar problem to my own CPU)

What should I do? Should I dismantle the parts and fix it back together or just bring it to a shop and let them be the ones to decide?

I'm leaning more towards the dismantle and fix myself, it sounds more challenging and fun at the same time but that would mean I need lots of help from you guys. Maybe I could upload some pictures of my parts?

Would really mean alot if you guys could give me your opinion / assist me in this mission I have.

from what i know, lan shops have pretty shitty computers. Just the basics to be able to play the games they supply.
Most people in lan shops play games like dota 2, LoL, MMORPG, starcraft or L4D2.
Those games are easy to drive. intel hd graphics works.

I'd recommend that you try to assemble them yourself. By which you will learn also.

lols colosseum from Bugis plus coms are not bad... probably one of the best lan com you will find in sg but still its nothing compared to my rig and custom rigs lol

I used to go to headshot but it seems like even my macbook air plays dota 2 smoother. Lol
