Need some help

Recently just build up a rig, not even 1 week old.
Whenever i run archeage, sometimes will just crashed but nowadays will just hang either with whole screen white or black.

Any Advice for me? Thanks in advance

Looks like this is a very poorly written game. The game itself crashes even when starting up. Ppl can even crash the server.

Thanks for replying, i would like to know whether is it my desktop fault for the hangs or archeage is causing it. Since my desktop is new, hoping everything is alright. Maybe considering ditching the game soon, just trying out

You will need to have some knowledge to read those event viewers log, run some diagnostic tools and perform trails and error troubleshooting to determine whether is it system or not.

It will take a lot of patience and determination.

Alternatively pay $$$ at SLS and let the expert there do a sanity check for you.
