Your rig not really outdated yet.

i5 2500k still has good performance comparatively to the latest CPUs at least when gaming is concerned. Overclocked yet?

PSU also have enough juice for any single GFX setups.

Just upgrade your GFX to a DirectX12 to future proof and get higher frame rates in games; especially so if you think your BSODs are due to it.

Budget is good too.

Amd 7900 is second gpu for this rig. First is gtx 660. Spoil too. Is it possible that other parts that cause the graphic card spoil?

Not sure about the coolant but I highly doubt it.

I can think of one thing that can potentially cause damage to your GFX.

If you overclock your i5 2500k and as a result your PCI-E frequency is operating at a higher/lower/abnormal than it can cope with.

Depending if your GFX already damaged, you need to overclock your i5 2500k without or at least minimizing the effect on PCI-E frequency too much, if possible.

If still BSODing after your overclock stable or with no overlock then can conclude it has been damaged and its time to buy a new GFX loh.
