Need Some Part Suggestions for an upgrade.

Situation: I want to start streaming on twitch soon with some buddies and i really want to invest alot of time and effort in to streaming. My current Build Runs games perfectly fine but definitely will lose alot of frames while streaming as tested before.

Changing the CPU to a core I7 will help solve some of the stuttering. How much ram does the system have currently?
Adding more ram may help solve part of the issue

may i know which broadcasting software u using and playing at which resolutions?

beside that are u streaming wirelessly or lan?

Upgrade to i7 cpu

Gtx 1080
Uses 1gbps wired Lan.

i use OBS , lan cable cat 6e ,speed is usually around 1000mb or more sometimes drop to 700 idk y resolution 1920x1080
stream res 1920x1080 30fps

dont need 1080 imo, just get i7 would be sufficient (though i've seen i5 streamers but they arent top streamers)
More ram necessary, you will probably be turning on several softwares and the games, as well as recording streams. If you do post processing of vids on background, definitely need even high end system. Ram can upgrade as you need, if you have 4chan mobo should be safe for upgrade
SSD and also backup drives, for other content and saving stuffs

Then why bother to ask here when you know that upgrading to a i7 will help??

Not sure how much memory you currently have but i would suggest to go 12GB - 16GB. Streamer like Lowko are using 32GB, i7 5690 and a 980Ti. But a 970 is more than enough with a i7.
