could you find out the maximum settings u can go before getting 120fps?
to be able to process that much data does require a strong combination of cpu + gpu.
if you are able to achieve 120fps with lower settings, we can say that there might be bottle necking. if it doesnt reach 120fps with whatever settings u do, it might be on software side.
i would suggest that we look at how we can push your current hardware to it's limit before concluding that an upgrade is needed to achieve 120fps
