For ferry, just go to Harbourfront (next to Vivocity).

Hotels through sites like agoda.

The ferry is book online??

Don’t take the wrong advise on forum. Batam ferry ticket can get cheap on carousell trusted seller. Just do a search and read the review. Some even do the booking for u. Just need to show booking ID and bring your passport to collect boarding pass. It’s cheaper compared to directly buying it at the habourfront counter.

U can go further like malacca for food hunt. But it’s still limited as technically u are having one full day and one full night. I still think Batam fits your plan. Can go massage, eat seafood, watch movie, spa, shopping, eat eat eat

Yes you have a few ferry companies like Sindo and Batam Fast. If price is of no concern to you, then just get it online although purchasing through carousell seller is more convenient. At least u will feel assured since it's the ferry company itself selling u the ticket.
