Hi,
its my first time building a gaming pc and I need some suggestions. I did some research and the following are roughly what Im thinking of getting.

CPU: i5 7600k
CPU: Cryorig h7
MOBO: ASUS z270E
Memory: G Skill V Series 2x 8GB DDR4 3000
HHD: Western Digital Blue 1TB
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo series 250GB
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro Full tower
PSU: Not sure if I should go with Corsair CS750M/ CX750M or others like Xigmatek?
GPU: thinking of gtx 1070 but my budget might not allow it. I seen some cheap one from palit but the reviews are not so good. Need some recommendations on my gpu. Hopefully, can get one at around sgd$600.

I dont mind getting extra fans if its needed and it fits into the case(need some suggestion on cheap/ not so noisy fans as well.).

I also research on some monitors but Im not really sure how many Hz I should get and what it actually means.

My budget is around SGD$2-3k including a monitor and an OS. Any places I could purchase these parts? I only know of SLS and lazada sg. The prices for most parts are reasonable in SLS except of the GPUs. Also, any suggestion on parts and if any of my parts are bottleneck or are just too overkill for the others? If Im missing anything important please let me know too.

Thanks

Psu Superflower leadex Gold 750W

$600 is perfectly fine getting a gtx 1070. What's wrong with Palit? The bad review mostly on Palit dual being smaller and noisier. Palit Super Jetstream is fine at slightly less than $600 from lazada. Here's a review about it.

hmm might have miss that gpu. thanks.
Is there a significant difference between Psu Superflower leadex Gold 750W and those from corsair? The Superflower is a little pricer than corsair on the pricelist I saw in Cyberminds at SLS.

Maybe you can wait for $100 coupons from Qoo10? For your OS, maybe you can consider getting it from Carousell. It's quite cheap.

How big you want your monitor to be? 27 inch? 34 Inch Cruved monitor? I suggest your wait for the upcoming IT Show. They usually have good deals for monitors and you can try to negotiate the prices at the IT Show.

Well.. I compared the prices at qoo10 but the parts there are usually already higher priced than lazada or at SlS. And Im mostly getting parts at SLS unless its much cheaper elsewhere like in the case of GPUs.

Im not sure about oc-ing yet. Lets just say if Im not gonna oc, what will be the difference in performace/cpu lifespan(?) etc. between i5 7600k and the cpu you recommend?

No difference. How lasting it is it's all luck and how well you maintain your rig. If not oc, don't choose Z series board and K processor. Price can cut down at least 200.

Superflower psu is the so-called gold standard for psu. Difference with corsair ain't much but I hear lesser complain about Superflower than corsair.

Not sure if 3k can fit with gtx 1080 + 1440p monitor though. Need some budget planning for this. Gtx 1080 about $900 and 1440p monitor about $500. Do some budgeting first.

Crysis 3 and Witcher 3 is very intensive and will eat whatever resources you have.
