Need to find OPENNET Installer

Hi Guys


anyone from opennet installation? Think i accidentally pull out the fiber wire out from the terminal...pls advice how can i fix it back? I cant even open up the terminal box now....pls help....

Take a picture and show us how damaged it is. I dont think anyonr can help you unless someone here has the slicing machine..

hi bro....


the cable connection from outisde the house into the terminal is pull out...i can see the fiber cable.....hanging...! i tried to open the box...CANNOT open!
you know how to open up the terminal cover?

Is it the end-point from TP or FDP (outside house) that is being pulled out? You do know that all fiber cable (even those within house) belong to OpenNet, there is no choice but to call them, whether accidental or sabotage.

mine is inside the hse ....the joint at the terminal point is out!
no way we can DIY.
