Need to pay $350 for recontract?

I had contracted with Singtel both Mio Home(include TV/fixedLine and adsl) and mobile last year. when I check the recontract elgbility, it show that I need to pay $350 to recontract. is this normal? I heard that if you contract both Mio TV and mobile you can upgrade phone for free every year should I call Singtel to get a free upgrade? thanks

When you get your mioTV contract? (Perhaps yearly upgrade is recent promotions. Definitely not 4 years ago during ADSL era.)

Like last time mobile plans from Singtel does not come CallerID for free (Those 3 months free not counted, later still must pay). Now it does.

Or perhaps the handphone upgrade must have Fiber instead of crap ADSL?


If you want to call Singtel, then must threaten to break contract. But your contract is not up yet....... How?

I got my Mio contract last September, together with the mobile plan. I remember when the sales give me the cotract he told me that he will bundle my mobile and Mio together so I can renew my phone after 1 year...
