Need upgrading advice

Hi all, my specs are listed>>>>

Hoping to upgrade motherboard,cpu,gpu,psu, casing within 1.2k max Budget(preferably 1k)

Need to ask if I need to buy a new win7 if I were to upgrade mobo or can I just use back the same CDKEY.
Another thing is, need some reco for nice casing.

You can reuse your OS. No problem and saves cost too

It's not worth to change the i5 4570 out since the jump in performance isn't that huge

but the thing is that u sound like u are buying a pc for looks and not for performances...beside that u wantting a gtx 1070.
