Need urgent help before it fair ends

Guys wondering anyone could help i deciding either to build a mini itx comp or get a system from aftershock or the Asus rog gr8. I have a wide screen monitor 21:9 Ratio resolution at 2560 x 1080. Actually was looking at the Nvidia GTX 750Ti not sure if it will work for my screen. Play mainly dota 2, watch movies and want to run it at full spec resolution at 2560 x 1080. NOt sure if GTX 970 is abit overkill as i would not like to spend extra if 750 ti can work for mine monitor. Really appreciate anyone could give some advice.

Cause if actually the 750ti works the price for Rog gr8 is tempting with the free keyboard and mouse. Really appreciate if someone could give me advice before the it fair ends on sunday thanks.

should be no problem for 750ti ba... but dota on widescreen looks good?

Even a GTX 970 will lag at 2560 x 1080 if settings are all set to high.

29" monitor ? I think u might need a more beefy card then 750ti

Thanks for all the response guys. So if i get a 970 to play at full setting it should be ok right? Cause jtjt00 said will lag for dota 2?

My screen is 25 inch cause i also used it to stream movies so i prefer the wide scree. As for dota 2 running on side screen its not super good but still ok.

I think a 280 might be able to push Dota to max le

Gtx970 should be fine if ur budget allows
