Needed help badly on xiaomi redmi

Hi all,

Need help desperately , called up both xiaomi n M1 hotline but both cannot tell me how to do it ... Firstly, I wanna trf the photos from my hp to the sd card but I cannot find the copy option as per the xiaomi hotline telling me . And secondly , I wanna set it to next time when I m taking photos , it wil auto be save to the sd card instead of the phone .. Both telling me will auto set once I install my sd card in but I tried few times , all those photos are taken are still save into the phone memory . Thanks a million....

Now both asking me to go down to xiaomi service centre ..omg ... Been on the phone for nearly 1 hour but cannot get the answer .. Haiz ...

By right, as long as the SD card is recognized, all pictures taken from the camera will automatically get saved in the microSD card. See if the phone recognize the card ? I find that a class 10 card works best with the phone. I did try a class 4 which it didn't recognize as the back of the phone where the card is heats up like crazy.

If it is recognize and still not saving, try reformatting your SD card from the phone.

Hi , I can see from my gallery n explorer that they recongise the card . I can see the pix on the sd card in the hp Leh .. That one counted as recongise ?

How to format it ? I Juz put in it n later I can see pix from the explorer side ...
