"dragging of furnitures, stamping on floor, dropping of heaving objects and knocking ..."

It's just noises from normal living in HDB, unless your neighbour is doing it for hours. If you can't stand it, move to landed property.
After 1030 pm?

I agreed with you

If pple dont respect your peace , then do tit for tack.

You also pay property tax too.

But dont use violence, swear words or vandalism.

Any thing against the laws will get you into trouble.

AI Overview

Using a ceiling thumper (also known as a floor thumper or "building shaker") against a noisy neighbor violates the law in Singapore.
While dealing with a "neighbor from hell" is incredibly frustrating, trying to fight fire with fire by installing a mechanical device to vibrate or bang on the slab places you squarely on the wrong side of the law.

Why It Violates Singapore Law
    • The Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act: Under Section 14 of this Act, it is an offense to make noise using any instrument or object that causes undue annoyance or inconvenience to neighbors. Doing so intentionally can land you a fine of up to $1,000, and police have the power to enter your home to stop the noise and seize the device.
    • Community Disputes Resolution Act (CDRA): Intentionally creating excessive noise or vibrations to retaliate is legally classified as "interference" with your neighbor's enjoyment of their home. If your neighbor takes you to the Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals (CDRT), the court can issue an official order against you.
    • Criminal Liability for Breaches: If you defy a CDRT court order and continue thumping, you can be criminally prosecuted. In landmark enforcement cases, residents have faced criminal convictions and fines for willfully disobeying noise orders.

you can try raising constitutional challenge on article 4 in the high court.

jokes aside, its not regulated by law, so no, no gov agencies or TC will lanyan you.
