Hello members.
I bought a new computer just before the circuit breaker.
I am using a LG TV 49uk6320pte. It is an ultra HD TV with 4k HDR. My graphic cards is ASUS Strix ROG 2070 Super.
At the start, I have no issues with the setup, including playing Netflix videos on Google chrome.
Recently, my TV decided to show "No Signal" after windows boot logo. I thought it was a graphic card problem, I have already done the necessary driver removal in safe mode etc. I even brought it down to the service center. But there was no problem with the card.
I went home, I reset my television, and was finally able to boot to Windows.
I realised it was because of a setting on my TV called "deep colour HDR" or something like this activated.
So here's the problem
Deep HDR turned on: I can play Netflix
But when I browse the Web, no signal comes out again.
Deep HDR turned off, I can use the PC normally and play games, but when I play Netflix, the no signal comes out again.
Can anybody help
I have exhausted my means of troubleshooting, I don't know what is the problem.
My hdmi cable is 2.0, yes it supports 4k 60fps
The annoying part is, preciously, there was no such issues, I have not installed anything recently and Windows is now "resetted" problem still persists.
