Hi everyone. Need help here. I noticed that when I am connected to my home wifi (using Netgear Orbi), be it my desktop or mobile phones, there is no option for English in language when using Tabao app. I changed the location to Singapore, but when tried to change language to English, that option is not available. Its ok when I switched to 5G. Thanks for all the help renderended

it's likely due to Taobao thinking your home broadband IP is not belonging to English speaking region. if you're sure you don't have some sort of VPN connected in your home network, you have to contact Taobao customer service.
