Ramesh is actually entitled to be there..BUT he try to argue his way out of $10 by being a big bully...tried and fail. many SInkies all do the "i want to see upper management" trick or "i spend so much $$ here already...", so this Ramesh just doing what many Sinkies will do themselves.
