I have a core holding in this already. Anyone has recommendation on other at least 5% dividend yield stock (preferably in SGD) which has similar "boring" price movement as Netlink, other than REITs?
Starhill Global

But hor, dun move boring boring can get 5%, i feel is good deal. I only entered recently. Last year wanted to buy, keep hesitating.

Some companies announced it few months back before XD days ma...
So doubt why this company announce only within 2weeks like that.
but if it is the norm for them it is the norm ma. you can also wonder why other companies announce so many months in advance also.

So, i thought it is norm to announce more than a month in advance... hehe
anyway, even if announce only few days in advance doesnt matter, provided the dividends rate is good xD 5% above~

Netlink NBN Trust reports DPU of 2.55 cents for 2HFY21, up 0.8%

https://www.theedgesingapore.com/news/results/netlink-nbn-trust-reports-dpu-255-cents-2hfy21-08
NetLink NBN Trust was able to maintain a steady business amid the pandemic.

For its 2HFY21 ended March, it reported distribution per unit of 2.55 cents up 0.8% y-o-y. DPU for the full year was 5.08 cents, up 0.6%.

For the full year, revenue was down 0.5% y-o-y to $368.5 million, but distributions attributable to unitholders was $198 million, up 0.6%.

Despite the virtually unchanged earnings, Netlink warns that as the pandemic is on-going, it “remains mindful of this uncertainty and the potential impact it might have on the Group’s operations.”

Nevertheless, it believes its business model is resilient and well-supported by predictable revenue streams, and it expects to maintain its distributions to unitholders.

Going forward, it is continuing to expand its network in new housing estates and is also exploring opportunities to invest in telecommunication infrastructure businesses overseas.

Netlink NBN Trust closed May 11 unchanged 98 cents.

holding @ average 0.91
but this stock very boring, maybe will divest some...
Boring is what this stock is for ;-) come for the monopoly, cash in dividends, sleep well. For more excitement there's plenty of other stocks to consider.
