what is the fair price your guys think ? we will need to put in the price we want the placement, the price range from 0.8 to 0.93. I had called the ocbc hotline and they told me we need to indicate the max price we want the placement. if we put at 0.8, and the price is higher then that, then we will not get the placement

Bro, can we apply thru EPS ATM for the IPO and thru broker house for placement too?

Will it be counted as double bidding?

Yes, can. Won't be counted as multiple application for this ipo. But then placement closes b4 the start of public tranche.
INDICATIVE TIMETABLE:

· Books open: 27 June, 2017 upon MAS lodgment
· Books close: 12pm, 07 July, 2017 or subject to notification by the Bookrunners
· Pricing & allocation: 10 July, 2017
· MAS registration: 10 July, 2017
· Singapore Public Offer: 10 – 17 July, 2017
· Listing: 19 July, 2017 at [3PM]

You will notify how much you will get after 7 July for placement share.

After that go ATM apply for public offering if your allocated placement shares does not meet your demand.

oic… thanks.

Expect to open flat at least, followed by weeks of stablisation. Will use yields of govt owned utilities like Kep Infra, Kep DC, Ausnet for comparison.

So anyone went for private placement? From what i understand, even if you ballot 50k lots, you might not get full allocation, but maybe like 5% - 10% if this IPO is hot :s22:

My ocbc manager said
Min. $200k per interest (subject to allocation) - means ocbc internal allocate how much you get, ocbc do group buy, allocate how much also don't know
All customers must have ospl trading account.

E.g
Sgd 200k final allocation
Total fees and charges $2000(1%) + $140(gst)=sgd 2140

10% public tranche, 90% private tranche

From my initial glance, I don’t think this is as bad of an asset. The low leverage is a plus point. However, I cannot be sure how the actual cash flow will work out with the revised agree upon rates.

Singtel spun off an asset and will hold a 25% stake. They probably think its a matured asset and the capital freed up can be better use in their other business segment, in time for capital intensive purchases.

It would be helpful to compare NetLink as a financial asset against some of existing comparables in terms of returns, operation manager, operating environment, value and risk. You might realize there are other stocks that have the same profile. Losing out on this may not be end of the world.

Certainly, it might be better to give it at least 1 or 2 quarter to see whether some of the doubts I mention can be cleared up by management or financial results.

Hi all,

I'm a newbie when it comes to investment.
I have a question, can SRS be used to apply for IPO?
