I just had the worst kind of experience at Companion Animal Surgery.
My girl was severely ill and had vomited blood.
I brought her to Companion Animal Surgery after calling them and told them about her. They told me to bring her in.
When I reached there, the guy at the reception in scrubs told me to fill in the registration form first. He then told me that I have to wait an hour coz the vet is seeing other pets whose owner had made appointment earlier.
At no time did he even glance at my girl.
I asked him what if my girl dies during this one hour and he just shrugged his shoulder giving me a 'too bad' look.
What kind of veterinary practice would do this to a severely ill animal that just vomited blood???
I swear I will never ever return there and will do my best to dissuade everyone I know from going there. They have absolutely no love for animals!
