I think you have to call your banker to find out. DBS counter say they don't have new $100 notes.

this is just a gamble but from my years of CNY experience if you go to the ATM during this period and withdraw a larger amount, you have a good chance of getting new 100 bills.

Yes you can. Whether they give you new notes is another thing.
