bro ipg 4% give 3.85% final already v good liao, especially when it is many times oversub. compared to astrea IV A-1 retail bond which is currently trading at YTNC of 2.7%, 3.85% represents a decent pick up for a bond which is basically the same but kanna called 1 year later. confirmed open above par. question is whether can get or not.
