MSI H110i Pro AC + Pentium G4560 ($211)
Kingston Valueram ddr4 2133mhz 1x8gb ($85)
FSP Hexa+ 450W ($58)
OCZ TRION 150 SSD 240GB ($109)
WD BLUE 1TB HDD ($72)
Thermaltake Core V1 ($79)
Windows 10 Home (<$30 via carousell)
Palit Dual GTX 1050 TI ($204 after $15 off via lazada)
Acer G237HL 1080p 60Hz IPS monitor ($155.50 after 8% off via lazada)

Total: $1003.50

Price quoted from pc theme price list or otherwise stated.

The 2 lazada purchases need to be done separately for maximum usage of discount.

If you purchase from pc theme, do ask them whether they can help you flash your mobo so that you can use the kabylake cpu. Out of good will, they might help you usually. Otherwise you will need to go to the distro to update it.

My bad. Gotta compensate a little then.

New total with i5-7500 and gtx 1060 3GB is $1329.

A little over budget but I believe should be within budget after shop discount and if you use Shopback for lazada purchases, it will have some cash back too. Or dropping to i5-7400 or 6400 will solve your budget too. Nonetheless it's still a lot more powerful than Pentium processor.
