Doing an overhaul. 5600x is a must.
RTX 3060/3060Ti/3070/3080, which is more bang for buck?
Running at 3440x1440p. Max settings.
Got 10 chassis fan + chassis already.
Prefer reliable 360mm AIO cooler for CPU.
32gb Ram too.
Must be able to support 2x Gen 4 NVMe SSD, as well as my RGB chassis fans.

Ultrawide definitely need 3080 unless you play old games, my previous rtx 3070 hovers around 100fps for games like RDR2. Don't need to talk about cp2077 cos it's a shitty mess.

But if you want to talk value, 3070 sits really nice. 3060ti most of the time break into 3070 territory in pricing so imo it's terrible. Best value definitely is the 858$ palit gamingpro, it's a good card.

High refresh rate above 1080p you'd probably want a 3080.

I can hold 160FPS stable on most maps in COD MW multiplayer with everything turned on less anti aliasing and raytracing.

Old school 2560x1440.

I don't like warzone so I didn't try, but I think it probably can't hold 160fps stable in warzone. Multiplayer is less intensive if i'm not wrong.

X570 tomahawk+5600x is 800+. Cheaper if willing to buy cpu frm overseas cos local price above scalper price now. Mobo buy from shopee local shop using coupon can get at 300.

2x16gb ram is 200 if can find a deal. If not crucial have on amazon at 230.

3080 set aside 1.2-1.4k and need see ur luck.

Remaining 100-300 bucks for aio if u manage to keep to a good budget then buy arctic freezer lo, or lian li galahad, or nzxt if u like the lcd thingy.

I’m using an air cooler but not the one that comes with it. So far no issue leh.

Yah of course, its not that hot until need 360, 240mm also can if u wan aio. I stress tested my friend's 5600x with pbo on and it max out at 78deg with arctic 34 duo, which is a air cooler.

Yup. I was running my 5600x and custom watercool it too. Running max 78 deg c at full load.

Because of chassis, nicer to 360mm rad as CPU Cooler what.
Slap in 10 RGB fans. Just nice.

If Mobo + CPU = $800+, CPU Cooler $200+, GPU = $1.3k, Ram = $200+
That's almost $2500. Abit on the high end.

$858 Palit 3070? Local warranty? That can cut cost by $500+ which is a lot.

Don't mind AMD too but from what I can see local stock are super overpriced at the moment.

Yes definately! Multiplayer is less intensive!

On 1080p and using 1070ti, Multiplayer player easily hits 150-180 FPS.
On warzone though, it barely hits mid 120! It may sometimes drop to 100 fps during intensive fights or open areas.

Anyway the card can probably push more than 200 frames but I cap it at 160 since my.monitor's refresh rate is 165Hz, no point going over the refresh rate for 0 gains.
