Just seeking feedbacks from the bros/gals here on my next build

AMD R5 5600X + ASROCK B550M STEEL LEGEND 664
G.skill Flare X 3200mhz (2x8GB) 112
CRUCIAL P2 SERIES 500GB NVMe M.2 SSD 99 (For OS)
CRUCIAL P2 SERIES 1TB NVMe M.2" SSD 167 (For Games)
PALIT RTX 3060 TI DUAL 8GB OC 629
FSP HYPER-K 600W 80+ WHITE 5YRS 79
C.M HYPER 212 RED LED PWM COOLER 39
Cooler Master MasterBox NR400 89
{Reusing 1080p monitor, HDD, keyboard & mouse from current PC}

1. Not going to OC
2. Build is for 1080p, but might move on to 1440p in the future. Work wise is mainly using R or Microsoft Office.
3. Current build is i5-4460 and GTX 970
4. Getting from PC Themes

Questions
1. For RAM, what is the difference between Flare X vs. RIPJAWS
2. Is FSP Hyper-K a good PSU? Don't see other PSU with the same wattage level at that price point.
3. Understand that 5600X comes with stock cooler, but is concerned with temp especially since I am living in non-AC room and room temp can go up to 31. So, is it advisable to invest in a after market cooler? Is C.M HYPER 212 RED LED good enough? Any other alternative cooler to consider? DEEP COOL GAMMAX GTE?
4. Do Singapore bring in CM NR 400 casing with ODD version?
5. Any parts which I can make savings on...?

Kum Sia!!!

1. flare x uses better samsung b dies which make them more expensive. theyre easier to oc as a result, but since u are probably not looking to oc past xmp u could probably just get cheaper ddr4 kits (see pt 5).
2. its fine. i would recommend u go for more reputable brands like seasonic and superflower at that power bracket, though they do cost quite a bit more. but for psu, it is better to pay the premium for peace of mind.
3. ive heard good things about the hyper 212, though i forgot whether it was the x version or not. the stock cooler should do just fine in a well ventilated case like the nr400.
4. dont think sg has. maybe u can contact some distros.
5. ram and ssd better to get online. amazon sg has samsung 970 evo/wd black sn750 500gb around the $95 mark (with shipping), which perform way better than the crucial p2. for storing games, u could make do with a dramless ssd since u are mainly just reading from the drives, which amazon offers the 1tb sn550 for less than $140. u can also get teamgroup ddr4 2x8gb 3200c16 for less than $90.
