I need a help in building a rig,similar to pre build pc. Just only mobo,cpu,gpu,ram, and add on additional 500gb replacement lastly add on ssd.

My plan build would be :
i5 7500 or i7 7700
GTX 1060 3gb/ gtx 1070
8GB ram ddr3 or ddr4
120gb or 250 gb ssd

what sort of mobo should i use for my hp pavilion pc p6690d?

First, check whether your power supply unit can supply enough power to the intended upgrades... Pre-built power supply unit tends to be on the lower end.

Second, advise you to check whether you can actually mount off -the shelf part on your existing pre-built system, especially the motherboard and power supply unit...

For the stuff you quoted above,
Ranging 450-650W depending which cpu and gpu combo you taking.

Anyway, casing is dirt cheap just get a new one. Tecware F3, Edge or Xigmatek Frontliner are all around 50-70 only. Psu like FSP Hexa+ 80+ rating, 450W only $58.
