New build not starting

Assembled my new build today but it’s not booting up correctly

Ryzen 2600x
Asrock ab350m Pro 4
Corsair vengeance 16gb 2933mhz Ryzen certified ram
Zotac gtx 1060 3gb

When I power on, everything spins for awhile before it stops and restarts spinning again. No idea what to do. No display whatsoever on monitor

Anyone knows any shop in Sin Lim where I can bring the entire rig and get someone to help reassemble or something?

best u give him a call b4 going down. (look for his contact at the fb.)

is the psu brand in as well?

and did u check and make sure all are securely tighten? (cpu cooler and power, 8 pin cpu and 24 pin atx psu?)

Yup everything brand new other than my ssd and casing. Basically when I power on everything spins. That means it’s tightened right?

Your motherboard BIOS need to flash to latest before it can work with Ryzen 2 cpu. Bring back to the shop where you buy and ask for help.

According to Corbell post in another thread:
The initial RavenRidge bios already has support for PinnacleRidge.
So if you board already work on a 2400G/220G0G, it will work straight with a Pinnacleridge processor.

I bought via tech dynamic on lazada and they confirmed that the bios is ready for Ryzen 2 leh. So there’s still a possibility it’s bios?

Yup. Psu has motherboard, cpu , sata and vga connection

Confirm you nvr mix up the cpu 8 pin and gpu 8 pin.

Gpu cable will state PCIE on the cables and CPU cable will state CPU.

Try removing gpu and test with on board gpu first.

Gpu cable will state PCIE on the cables and CPU cable will state CPU.

Try removing gpu and test with on board gpu first.

Yup the gpu cable stayed VGA that’s correct right? I didn’t get any cable labeled pcie :/

Apart from the apu's, Ryzen do not have built in gpu so above will not work.

Try below:-
(1) Unplug the system and remove cmos battery for at least 10 secs and put back, if can test outside the case would be better to eliminate shorting, and remove the power button pins connection from motherboard and try jump starting by shorting the power pins on the board.
(2) remove all memory sticks, and try ONE stick back into the motherboard, using one slot and going to next slot until it boots, if not try the other stick and do the same thing. Make sure to apply sufficient pressure on the stick to fully engage it, both side should have a small click sound. DDR4 RAM sticks are surprisingly hard to seat correctly.
(3) Remove the 24-pin motherboard power cable and the 8-pin CPU cable from the motherboard, and then re-insert them to make sure they are fully connected.
