i'm looking for your advice on a new point&shoot compact camera to replace my existing canon g16. I know nuts about photography or camera though.. only know there's mirrorless, compact, point and shoot.. but not sure what's the difference. this g16 is actually used mostly by my gf but she also know just a little bit about camera.. haha
anyway, main reason why i wanna change is because i would like a flip screen. would want compact one as prefer to be lightweight. budget wise i guess $500-$600? but im open to options! i don't usually edit much so as long as standard picture quality is good enough, then it's ok
