And no deeper than Silverstone SG-13

At least 3 expansion slots, one of them can be the anywhere type since I will be using M.2 to PCI-E. (And 2 expansion slots will be used for GPU naturally)

Any idea?

Less than 290mm depth

Height probably not an issue

Total volume, less than 20L else I would just go for generic mATX chassis instead

Can fit ITX mobo

Placing Jonsbo U3 and C2 on candidate list

I like C2 size but that depth may come back to bite me if I use any normal length GPU

U3 is nice even if a bit normal in terms of layout. But somehow the number of drives is even less than C2.

How many storage bays do you need exactly ?
Most compact case, short of a traditional mini tower, will have limited options.
