Hi bro, i just run CrytsalDiskMark as you said. the result is below. but im not sure what it means.. is something wrong?
Isn't there a SSD status screen on CrystalDiskMark? The image shown is actually the benchmark results of your SSD.

oh do you mean CrystalDiskInfo? my current ssd health status is Good, temp at 44 degree.
The SSD status is good? Hmm........

Not completely sure, could be a problem on the motherboard SATA ports or possibily the CPU. Unfortunataly, Nigel has personal matters to attend to and his shop is temporary closed for about 1-2 weeks. Since this problem is intermittent, can try to wait for his shop to open. Otherwise, can look for tamjinhang at The Repair Lab/TAM's PC/Laptop Repair Shack if you cannot wait. Do note that his shop is at Woodlands.

Wait, you mean that the PSU cooling fan will actually go up to max speed? Or is it the sound of the CPU cooler?

i not sure whether isit the cooling fan of the CPU cooler fan. its likely to be PSU? but i dont know isit the cooling fan of the PSU either. is just that i will hear the sound of the computer booting up. like when we switch on our computer, you can hear the power be generated, that kind of sound. thats the sound i heard. is like the PSU trying generate more power etc. and after i reformat, my computer seems to hang easily. is like i try to open some folder or some program, it hang for like half a min or so. the hang is everything freeze except the mouse can be move ard. should i reformat again? sigh.. i already reformat yet still such problem come up..

try to wait for a firmware update for your SSD? older models used to have some bugs (eg. 5000h bug of Crucial m4, which causes BSODs) which could be solved via a simple firmware update...

see MX100 will not boot sometimes - Crucial Community seems to have the same problem...

yea i wanted to try to upgrade the firmware, i guess i can only wait. but i dont know why my program starts to not respond randomly.. i wasnt even running any heavy program.

If it stops responding randomly it usually means that the SSD is busy... I'll strongly recommend that you post on that thread so that they might be able to find and fix the bug earlier...

Secure delete is usually format + write over...
okay, understood!
Intermittent lockups / freezes on MX100 Windows 7 - Crucial Community

are symptoms similar? they suggest enable hot plug in uefi/bios to test...

hmmm just altitle bit similar. mine do freeze at times, like the programme not responding and cant even ctrl alt delete, have to wait for awhile before the system run normal again. this is what i faced after i reformat few days ago. so i not sure what is really wrong. probably gonna try doing the secure erase as other bro suggested
