Crane number 2304. The same one as in the sany marine video. So strange can survive loading onto the ship and voyage to Singapore but buckled upon unloading.

It was probably taken apart before it was unloaded at Tuas and then reassembled on the pier. The assembly was not done properly.

MPA & PSA ought to be ashamed of themselves to say that there are no damage.

The integrity of their report is calling into question now with video showing tremendous damages.
Maybe mean no damage to their bonus

what’s the cost of the dmg?
the crane can still use or have to dismantle and order a new crane?
the port no damage or safety inspection?

You think PSA would want a repaired crane or a totally new crane?

New video posted from a container ship. Confirmed my earlier post that the wheels bogies had snapped and had lodged between the berth and the ship. There are "bumpers" at edge of the berth. I think those "bumpers" prevented the wheels bogies from dropping into the sea.

First screehshot. With reference to the forklift truck on the ship at lower left. The yellow with black diagonal stripes to the right near the forklift are the snapped wheels bogies. The horizonal yellow black line above the forklift is the edge of berth and edge of ship.

2nd screenshot. The snapped wheel bogie viewed from side.

3rd screenshot. View of tuas port from a ship showing the yellow and black horizonal marking edge of berth and the "bumpers".

you’ll be surprised how many mic cranes are used by PSA in sg :o i can say probably more than half are mic, but partly due to them being the market leaders in this segment.

for this case i would say is whoever was in charge of handling the crane screwed up sure tio kan
leaders in what sense? high quality or low price?

Where is the other half from?
