New Custom PC

Hi there. This is my first ever thread and it's about the above stated. Since my friends recommend me to come here and seek for assistance, well I'm taking up their recommendation.

My budget is about $700-$800
It's not for much gaming, maybe just for online Steam games such as CS:GO etc.
As long as it doesn't cause issues for Adobe applications as well, then it's all good.

Well to say the least, it's not a pc meant for high end gaming.
Could really use the help for all the experts here because I've never owned a proper pc. Really appreciate it.

Sad to say for $700-800 u can only get a lousy ( brand-new) pc or a very decent used ( example I5 + good gpu) pc

Not true depending what other external parts are needed inside this budget.

Lightroom, Photoshop and illustrator mainly. Well I do need a windows, keyboard and monitor, but the main consideration will just be the cpu itself though.
Pc will be placed on a table, Internet provider will be Starhub, but will be upgrading to a fiber optic by the en of the year if there is a need to. No router.
Relatively old hdb, probably close to 30 years. Distance would be about 4-5metres from the broadband itself. And obstruction would probably just be the door.

Then bring down those Lazada parts to SLS for assembly then.
