I can't find where to redeem my POSB Everyday dollars!

I faced same issue. But they added a button. At the first page, scroll to the list showing your CC accts, bottom right got a button to redeem. But I still can't where I can find my current Daily$

one step forward and 5 step backward website...

make me more confusing...write in to feedback but don't dare to acknowledge.

make survey form but disperse in the air.

now I just stop using and transfer all internet banking to other bank.

now giro intact with other bank - got the impression very very troublesome but surprising super efficient.

Last time I use posb giro application for everyday card - hassle few times especially the starhub billing. Call CSO several time and take awhile to in place. Now I realize not necessary the case for other bank.

I double confirm dbs/posb really no standard.

It's not too bad. Sure, it takes a few more clicks for some functions but I think it had aesthetics improvements and conformance to HTML5 standards.

But it's just my own opinion.

it's not user friendly, bad design, nothing to do with html5 std.

I believed they update the design so as to be mobile/tablet friendly. However, that means for desktop users, it is actually taking one step backwards.

I liked the former design of having split screen (left-right), rather than needing to scroll and scroll for the new design, which is a bad habit inherited from tablet screen restriction.

Could it be better? Definitely but it's not that difficult to navigate.

Just need time to re-learn. I am just annoyed that things I could get in less than 3 clicks previously now required more action.

I dunno if you use a lot of software or not but the new website is definitely not user friendly, the whole interface maybe more suitable to touchscreen but even that, it's horrendous to navigate to the things you want.

I myself uses a whole spectrum of softwares and has no less than 5 different bank accounts, OCBC has the best UI of them. The software I interact with on a daily basis is After effects, Photoshop, 3ds max, Zbrush. Photoshop is almost the most simple of them all.

One doesn't design a website to be more difficult to find things than before.
Try looking for the daily$... I just wanna see how much I have, cannot find it... Last time it was just at the home screen right hand side.

Now to find this daily$ you have to go to your credit card, go to statement, go to the dropdown of statement type, look for cash rebate unbilled to see how much daily$ you have.
